I am using TMPGENC Xpress 3.0, and I converted my anime file (with subs) to mpeg, I converted it with the 1:1 ratio, and that stopped my problem of the subs being cut in half, but on long speeches the subs still run over on the left and right side of my tv screen. Is this nero's fault in burning, or the encoding? And How do i fix it? Thanks for the help all!

Sounds like an overscan problem. Your TV will cut off the edges of any video, so if the subs run right to the edge then they will get cut off.
