Hi, I’m new around here, and new to all this stuff, so I might babble a bit. I’m having problems with TMPGenc. I already read through the “Common TMPGEnc” thread, but it didn’t really help me much. Anyway, when I try to open the .vdr file, it says “can not open or be supported” – or something like that. I don’t understand why it won’t open .vdr files anymore, because it did before (a couple weeks ago), and now it won’t. I decided to add the subs with vobsub instead, but when I convert it to mpg with Tmpgenc., some of the subs wind up missing. There’ll be a few sentences here and there that for whatever reason didn’t encode or something. Has this happened to anyone else before? Can anyone offer any help, solutions, and/or alternatives?

Thanks for trying, but it didn't really help me much. Virtualdub and .vdr still won't open.
When using vobsub adn Tmpgenc... What about the subtitle problem. Most of it shows up, but parts are gone/have disappeared. Any idea why? Any way to fix it?
