My wife has a new camcorder which records to SD card in MJPEG format
After converting to Mpg, the audio is very,very tinny sounding.
I do not need perfect audio quality, but what I am getting just won't cut it
Does anyone have any suggestions for me,please
Thank You

Sorry
I saved audio to a wav and it sound ok
but when I then encode , sound is bad(tinny) -
SSRC can be used alone or as a TMPGEnc plugin.
A GUI for this command line application can be found here;
http://www.rarewares.org/files/others/ssrc.zip
If your converting to VCD resample to 44100Hz and load into TMPGEnc
DVD - 4800
Basically you should match your final destination "Sample Type"

If you use it with TMPGEnc its much easier, TMPGEnc will controll it for you.
