    hi
    do anyone know how i can resize a mpeg file
    i dont want to cut it(i want to put 2 eps on the same cd)
    i want to make the mpeg file smaler, when i do this on a svcd i just change the bitrate on the mpeg-2 file
    but cant do that on the vcd in TMPGEnc

    what 2 do?

    Change the bitrate to get XVCD. VCD has fixed bitrates.
