I just got an NEC 3500A for X-mas. I installed it and flashed it with the updated firmware and went to rip my first DVD. Problem is, the rip speed was ridiculously low. I was only getting about 3.5X when I should've been getting 16x, if I'm not mistaken. Does anyone have any ideas on why I'm getting such a terrible read rate?
