    Hello,

    I'm not this year because my sister and brother-in-law are coming in from Cleveland to see us

    So anybody going somewhere interesting???? somewhere you don't care to go (besides the inlaws ).

    8 Hour transatlantic flight on December 29th.... ....directly AFTER a 4 hour train ride. Train leaves at 5:30AM.
    So that is Train, Plane...oh and one more small plane ride of about 30 minutes.

    Just think...a whole day of travelling...WITH my 16 month old son. No nap (for my son....OR me) the whole time....
    He was VERY cool on the plane last time....but he was younger then. Not sure what he will do now. We hit some ROUGH turbulence last time....which does not bother me at all....but my son?...he laughed his ass off the whole time....
    THATS my future Roller Coaster Buddy....

    Next week I am driving down to Texas, to Houston to visit my family. My youngest brother is looking forward to my visit. I dont fly; I will be driving, about 19-20 hour drive so that will be fun. Plan to be there till mid January.

    No travelling for leisure purposes, but we're spending christmas lunch with my dad's family (about 25 people) at my uncle's house, which is about 90 minutes away. We've then got to drive back in the afternoon to go to Lauren's mum's place for tea. Then we're at Lauren's dad's place for boxing day lunch, and watching the aussies pump the pakis in the boxing day test (cricket).
