  1. Just wondering if any of ya'll happen to know any good plug ins that will fix very dark footage. You see my camera didn't come with a stock light or night vision so I have some dark footage. There is enough ambient light that the brightness and contrast effects work in A.E. But I'm wondering if theres any thing that will work much better?

  2. What software are you using, what type of video...did you capture it to your hard drive, or are you talking about directly on your camera?

The problem is that you can only enhance it so far. If the information isn't there, trying to enhance it will really make it look grainy, color shifted - just basically horrible. I tried it once and gave up ....if it isn't there at the start, no filter in the world will make up for that

  4. Ya I here that capmaster, There was enough ambient light for the brightness effect to work, but it does look very grainy just as you are describing. Maybe some day some brilliant japanese guy will be able to invent a filter to solve this problem lol. I'm wondering if I can buy a special night vision lense that I can put on my camera so I can turn a no night vision camera into a night vision camera?
