VCD very jerky

Hi,

I'm using TMPGEnc to convert a wmv to mpg and then converting that to VCD
with VCDEasy, and the VCD comes out very jerky.

What can I do to fix this? (different software... another process...?)

I really think that the jerky-ness of the picture has something to do with the PAL/NTSC format.

Please use GSpot and tell us the source file fps and what do you want to have at the end? Where do you test the movie? On the comp or do you burn it and play it on a DVD player?
