Philips 642/37 1109 (firmware update)Avi(sub overscan"?

Hello guys ,

these days im posting so much about issue that i am experiencing with the philips my gosh i just hope it's problems that can be fix by changing firmware or settings......


My newest problem is I have changed firmware to the 1109 i tryed to listened to naruto (anime ) avi divx that contained already subs & they are hidden by the edge of tv ...... like the image seemed over scanned..... i am really getting ***** at the player (do i need to change firmware that will correct this issue??)
what can i do......

please help me im trashing all my dvd-r & i am experiencing 0 fun at all

Its just that the group who did the release didn't account for overscan and put the subs too low. Its very annoying.
