    I see plenty of guides that go from Pal to NTSC but none for the other way around.

    Would I be able to follow one of the guides that has Pal to NTSC and do it backwards? Or what can I do?
    I need to send some movies to people in europe and they only have a Pal player.

    Must be an OLD player. I wouldn't know where to find a PAL Only player here in Europe.

    Use dvd2svcd(dvd2dvd support also) and select ntsc to pal. But all dvd players supports ntsc...it is usually the tv that is the problem but many tvs in europe supports ntsc.
