    having a slight problem with some divx movies i'm turning into svcd's (anime, for the curious)

    the aspect ratio on the avi is definately 4:3, but when i play the newly burnt svcd on my tv, it's like i'm missing about an inch all around on the picture ... is it just my tv? or am i setting something wrong

    any help appreciated

    It's the TV. If you want to see the whole picture, sure you want, add small borders to all sides.
    Left 16,top12, right 16, buttom 12.
