Will be posting kprobe/dvdinfo/cdspeed scans in a few moments of the 8x DVD-R from Best Buy. (The Taiyo Yuden's.)

BTW - instead of looking for "made in japan" it's very easy to distinguish the taiyo yuden's by the type of bottom they have. Almost all yuden's have this lockable bottom that you can spin either way. (it dosnt stop, you can just twist it a certain amount to unlock it, either direction).

Burnnig at 12x with DVD Decrypter. Liggy's Beta 8 Firmware. Scanned with Liteon 832S.

they're under fuji -R 8x. also have +R taiyo yuden's. Make sure they're made in japan..(easiest way is to look for the different type of bottom on them.)

Used these all up... Nice stuff. However, I prefer the +R 8x. To be honest, I actually even prefer the 4x +R Taiwan made Ricohjpn's burned at 12x.
