Anyway to stop DVD Shrink from opening DVD Drive?

I like to burn at night(since it takes around an hour to back up a DVD) but I don't like it whent he DVD drive opens up, because it creates a hazard and someone who's tired may cone and snap it off without knowing it.

Is there anyway to get DVD Shrink to not open the DVD door? I've looking in the settings buit couldn't find anything, Am I missing a setting?

It sounds like you're burning with Nero in conjunction with DVD Shrink. Look in the preferences of Nero to turn off the auto-eject feature.

I have Nero 6, and for some reason Burning Rom opens up Express and not the real Burning Rom, how do I change it back?

I found how to get Burning Rom back, and I selected the option in Burning Rom (DO not eject the disc after the burn is complete) But it still opens, anyone else have any ideas?

Are you using just the one drive for both your source DVD and to burn ?

you could try using DVDDecrypter to burn

i had the same concen and turned my case so the dvd drive opens to a safe area free of traffic
