I have seen several posts asking if ( ie; Lite-on builds ilo).
There are 2 or more ways to find out who builds what.
1. The UL code number. The UL number relates to the manufacturer and not the brand name on the unit. Panasonic Japan is 679F. At one time you could find their number on VCR's with names as, RCA, Magnavox, GE.
Years ago, someone had a database where you could look up UL number.
2. I have seen cases where the first 1/2 of the UPC code related to the manufacturer and not the brand name on the product.
3. The FCC ID number could also be manufacturer based.
If anyone knows where there is a good Underwriters Lab database you can search for free, lett us know.
