    i have here two avi-files and i will make one large avi-file of these two.

    who can i do this?

    Easy one to answer

    Start up VirtualDub. Open the first video file. Now, from the File menu, pick Append file (I believe it's the second option on the menu) and load your second file. Choose File/Save as AVI and there you go.
