I got flier about dvd fab. I have dvd xcopy express and platinum (why i bought both i dont know). On looking at "fab" it looks as if it's much the same as x copy, with some bells and whistles. Has someone just taken the "source code" or whatever from the old 321 s/w and updated it or is it really something new. I already bought an update to xcopy rom "XCopyproducts" (UK) that seems to be part of the new fab stuff. Is there a connection? - the fact that fab is in express, gold, rescue and platinum versions suggests it might be a "no brainer" question.
Any one know?

DVD Fab was around if not before X-copy, then certainly at the same time as X-copy. It's not surprising that they have stepped int ofill the niche left by 321studios, but then 321's naming wasn't exactly original either.
I don't use Fab, but if they have picked up 321studio's IP to run with, good luck to them. They might be able to make it a decent package.Read my blog here.
