    You can disable it under Quality Settings in the Decoder Properties/Decoder Configuration utility that should be in your start menu->divx.

    There is an option in the divx codec (at least my version...5.0.5) under the "Quality Settings" tab to Didable Logo

    If the logo is not part of the video but appears during play-back then do what is suggested above, however if the logo has been encoded into the video then you could use the 'logoaway' filter in VirtualDub to 'scrub' it out. Available here -> http://www.republika.pl/vander74/virtualdub/
