  1. im wondering what this is, and most of all what program do u use to play files with .cue?

    You use it for burning .bin files.
    The .cue file basically points the burning program to the info to burn (.bin)

    The .cue file describes the layout of the .bin file, how many tracks there are, sectors per track, etc.

    This is important, because unlike ISO, NRG, or other formats, BIN files contain very little formatting data of their own.
