  1. I see that the newest Beta version is still dependant on the .net framework being present. I have just upgraded to a 64BIT processor and when looking at the WIN XP 64 BIT version docs it states that the .net framework and all related software is and will not be supported. Is there going to be a version released that does not need this element present in the future, as I use you program regularly and would love to install the 64BIT OS to get the full benefits form my PC.

Which 64bit version of XP are you running? Looking at MSDN there is Windows XP 64-Bit Edition Version 2003 and Prerelease: Windows XP Professional x64 Edition - Build 1218

Anyway you could try the v2 beta of the .net framework which does run on 64 bit XP.

  3. I am not actually runing the 64BIT OS as yet, but I recently downloaded the FREE trial version from MS and looking at the DOC's contained with it it states that it does not run any .net products. I will not be using the newer OS until I am sure I can use ALL my previous software. Shame though as that is why I upgraded to the 64bit system. I will try to get the V2 Beta of .net and when I install the 64bit OS, try it out.

    Thanks for the reply.
