    hi, is it possible to alter the frame rate of a movie clip so as it runs smoother when converted to dvd the one i am trying to do is an rmbv file it plays perfectly in real media player on desktop but when converted to dvd it is jumpy i have conveted the file to mpeg 1 and am using tmpgenc to burn to dvd is there a solution to this,
