Die Hard Cut Scene - Problem - Need Advice/Help

My problem is as follows:

I ripped the DVD Die Hard Trilogy - All went well from what I can see. Disk 2 and 3 came out spectacular and on closer inspection of Disk 1 there is a problem. The scene where the Feds turn the power off to the Nakatomi building - there is a cut scene. One that was not in the origional movie but is on the DVD version. Kinda like an alternate ending.. but just a different scene. The movie is fine up to that point. During and after that part the video and audo are way out of sync and the movie seems to loop at that scene several times. Other than that, its almost perfect. How would I go about fixing this? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

i think you answered your own question....sounds suspiciously like a multi-angle problem. fixes abound, but smartripper movie mode typically works
