    When Using Nero vision to merge two mpeg files & then encode them it is making them out of sync. In the 2nd part of the movie the video & audio are out of sync?

    many all-in-one tools has such problems and you can't easy fix it.

    what is your source video? and what are you going to make?

    im generally converting mpeg 2 files to dvd. ive started to use tmpgenc plus but the encoding takes longer & you then have to use another program to author it but the end results are pretty good

    If you use that new version of NVE3, uninstall it and download the latest supported software on Nero official site:
    http://www.nero.com/en/nero-up.php

    It's NVE2 version 2.1.2.21.
    Try it, it's stable, fast and you should not have any problems with it.
    Avoid changes in default automatic settings.
