    I am trying to burn video captured in medium mode (~3.3MB/s) from my ReplayTV and I can do this without reencoding with TMPGenc DVD author. I try to burn the same video with Nero Vision Express 2 and it reencodes my video. Is there any way to turn off reencoding on Nero? Thanks.

    Nero is pretty strict on compliance. If there is one little thing (audio/video/resolution) that is out of whack, nero will try to reencode.

    In older versions of nero (5.0 I believe), you can turn the option off. I think you are hosed for versions after that.
