    Hi guys,
    I am looking for an appz that can put several short movies together and creat a longer one.
    Is it possible to connect files of different formats into a longer one, or do they have to get ripped in a same format? (lets say 1 divx + 1 mpg and the outcome format will be possible to choose)

    You could do that if you intend to only play the disc on your PC.

    If it's a stand alone, the disc will have to follow some sort of standard. Either a DIVX disc that will play on a DIVX compatible player or a VCD/SVCD/DVD standard disc.

    Microsoft Movie Maker.... that is if the it is able to read the file. Make sure you have like every Codec ever made and everything is up to date... Including new version of MS Media PLayer.
