cant create new chapter in adobe encore..?

I cant create new chapter in adobe encore. The "new chapter" button is always disable. Ther is no way to enable "new chapter button". I try different files; mp3, mp2, wav, 44 hz, 48 hz.
i am using adobe encore 1.0.
any solutions??

Does your project have any video?

i want to create audio DVD. ...no video.
1. I Join five mp3's file in one big mp3 file. ( i also try whit single mp3, waw, and mp2)
2. New project, pal picture
3. import as asset (join mp3, mp3, wav or mp2)
4. new timline
5. play timeline
this 5 steps works OK, but the "new chapter" button is still disabled.

Try adding a black video file the same lenth as your audio. I could be wrong, but I think you have to have video for chapters.
You can make the video at the lowest bit rate allowed by the DVD spec.

do you know exactly what kind of video types adobe encore suport?
i can import none of mpg files. i also cant import all avi files, just some of them....do you know why?
