I have been using Premiere Pro's media exporter to output my Premiere projects to .mov files for the web. The only issue is the size of the .mov files once they are exported. They end up being huge! Does Quicktime Pro do a better job exporting and compressing .avi to .mov files when compared to Premiere Pro?
Thanks!

Why not try using MPEG4 as the format. The file sizes are pretty small compared to the typical AVI
