    Hello -

    I have a DVD that I made. (NTSC)
    I would like to send a copy of it to Asia.
    How do I make a copy of it in PAL format.

    That's a list of guides for converting the formats. It's found in the "HOW TO" section on the left side of the screen

    dvd2svcd(dvd2dvd), you will lose the menus though.
