Help with VIdeo_TS files

I encode some video with diko. The mpg file it outputs is out of synch but the video_ts files work perfectly. The problem is I want to put more on the dvd. If I encode more from diko, how do I get the other video_ts files on the dvd? hope that makes sense

You could use DVD Shrink in reauthor mode to bring the bits of the different disks together, or use TDA to open one, and then add from the second.

or tmpgenc dvd author, add dvd video and add both video_ts folders.
