Anyone wanna help me with my sites logo?

I think its well documented that I suck at image editing.... so I thought I'd beg once again for help.

My sites name is Crystal Midnight and I need a logo to go with the theme I'm using.

The background for the logo is here:

That is exactly the space I have for the logo, nothing more.

Any takers?

Its not really about anything, thats why I said I had no idea what I would put there. Its mainly just a site for my friends to check their email and maybe post on the forum.

Its gonna be a little more no holds bared then things around here, but likely will stay pretty small.

I dig on the crystal look to the text, but your right another font might be better, also the letters are not that pronounced. Kinda faded.

Yeah I have no graphic skills and here I am being a critic of others, looks good overall though.

I think it looks better with the darker backgrounds but you know what you are looking for.

Background gradient corrected, and night sky in different layer styles which are included in their names.

There is some great work here that is useless because of background changes that make it not match up.

At first I went about redoing the whole thing, but I figured screw it. It's just hard to get a really good loking pic (IMO) with a flat gradient background. No offense or anything.
