    i'm using an instant dvd+dv to record. i recorded it and after i chop it up with ulead video studio 8 it adds two black bars on each side, i burned a test and its still on the dvd. any ideas?

    Hello,

    Did you check it to be widescreen or 16:9??? If you set it to 4:3 or full screen it probably won't do that. Sorry though, I don't have that software.
