i've been converting (avi's) to vcd and svcd and i'm just curious (sorry if this had been asked/answered before)
what is the diff and best setting for either vcd or svcd in the tmpgenc settings:
mpeg1 system (auto
mpeg1 system (vbr
mpeg1 video cd
mpeg1 video cd (non standard
mpeg2 program (vbr
mpeg2 super videocd (vbr
