  1. I made a DVD that is too big for my disc. I know block buster has some double sided DVDs... can I do that too?

I have a plextor UAf or something like that

  2. Use DVDShrink to reduce your DVD files and then burn to a DVD-r or DVD+r.

Forget about double sided DVDs. Do you think that your DVD burning software will stop the burning in mid-stream when side 1 is full, allow you to flip the DVD to side 2, and then to continue the burn?

    I don't think so.

Wow 90% of the newbs these days don't even bother to research their questions before they ask? This is sad. honestly all you have to do is type file to large for dvd (or something to that effect) in the search box and whamo....A whole list of answers appear. Yea you'll have to read, but thats how you learn. The new guys just want everything spoon fed to them....

Look at my guide here :

    http://www.thescrapyard.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/files/video/using%20freeware%20utilities%...r%20movies.htm

It uses nothing but totally free utilities that you can get virtually anywhere, I use this methiod myself, so know it works perfectly

Any questions, feel free to email me via my site

I got this when I did the search....cause I'm having a similar problem.

Too many hits (57375). Try again and specify your search better, add more keywords or google search for file too large for dvd in our forum here.
