Any tips on how to store a movie collection with a mixture of original dvds & backups in an organized way? So far, I have not been labeling or writing on my dvd's w/ a sharpie b/c I'm afraid of ruining the disks. I have just been putting the backups in dvd envelopes & writing the name of the movie on the envelope. But I am looking for a way to store my entire dvd collection togethor so that I can easily find & watch movies. Any tips? Thanks!

They sell terrific DVD 4x4 binder sheets at RIMA.com. They also have a binder made especially for these sheets and good water based CD pens too. I am currently using all of these. The binder had loose rings but the sheets are great. And the pens are good if you need one of every color. Otherwise, just get the black Maxell kind at an office supply store since they are the same as the RIMA kind anyway.Originally Posted by madtowngirl

I use Several of these Storage boxes. Strong secure and well priced. Come with a index card, but i prefer to use a print out from excel with the film names and numbers on, which is stored in the top of the box.
Not bothered by small problems...
