I'm now starting to get serious about dvd burning because I now have other people who want me to convert their home movies for them and put them on dvd. So now I want to be serious about quality control issues on my dvd's burn for other people.
I'm currently using DvdIntentifier, and DVDInfoPro, and Nero ScanDisc with my LG4040B burner using mememorx disk.
I just order a Plextor PX712A drive to replace my LG4040b, and BellA Disk for general recording for me, and Taiyo-Yuden disk for other people I make disk for.
Who makes good testing tools for free/purchase, to test the quality of a dvd-+r/w disk?
What test should be ran to consider a disk good?
Thanks!
Matt

I have heard very good comments about Plextools which is tailor made for your drive.
