    I wanted to connect this to my pioneer reciever to replace a Toshiba. I set everything up but I only get analog sound. With the Toshiba I connect the coaxial out from the DVD to the reciever and I get DTS no problem, but with the LiteOn the reciever only shows analog...no digital sound and I get no surround sound. I don't understand what the problem is because I make the connections the same on both DVD players.....

    Look in the Lite-on's menus,there may be an option to turn on the DTS output.
