Refresh

Why does refreshing the page while inside one of the forums breaks up the whole page and everything is gone (I can capture a jpg if necessary) ?

P.S. my OS is Win2k and IE 6

In out last email we talked about me changing my browser. I said I don't really want to do that since I don't think my browser is to blame. Isn't there anything else you might think I can do to fix this issuse ? Doesn't anyone else have this refresh problem ?
