Where is firmware for Philips DVP642?

Philps has redesigned their website, and I can't find where to download firmware for my DVP642. I have an email into Philips asking where the firmware is but I haven't got a response. Does anyone know where I'm supposed to download a firmware update?

Has anyone heard if Philips will continue to support this player by adding newer firmware updates, or are they finished doing that?

What I don't understand is, I know they used to have a firmware update on the site but now it's gone. That's the worst support I've ever heard of. If you're not going to release any new updates, whatever, but at least don't take down the last one you did release. Does anyone still have the last one saved so maybe you could email it to me? Thanks for any help.
