Is There program that can read a DVD burn in this format ?
Or i can use win program with virtual PC ?

  3. Mac OSX doesn't support that UDF format version that DVD recorders use for VR mode. There is only one product I know of that you can use and it is called Read DVD.

You can find info about it here..

    The latest version supports panther..
