    Make them.

BJ_M is probably the most likely candidate to have anything shot 4:4:4 here. PM him.

    MP@ML is only 4:2:0
    HP@xx adds 4:2:2

You are in Brazil, so it is difficult...

If you where in Europe, I would say: Buy a SkyStar 2 PCI card, install a 70cm dish and try to recieve the EBU transmissions from the Eutelsat W3A satellite, at 7 East. Those are PAL 4:2:2 ones...

Also, if you capture PAL through DV, it is 4:2:0, if that helps.
True PAL B/G, not PAL M/N. So you can encode this source using MP@ML profile for mpeg 2.

4:2:2 is as best as your going to get with mpeg2 .. though i can certainly supply 16bit (per color) images at 4k (and 8k) in cin format (log) , though each frame is HUGE (50meg+ per frame) -- best quality you will ever see - though in cin format, you may not be able to view it ..

you can download a sample 2k res image here (12meg a frame)

  6. thanks guys, but it didnt help so much...
if anyone finds this kind of files please let me know

is there a difference in colors/quality between these formats ?????
Yes, but I belive the human eye almost cant notice. For compression, the chroma (color) is subsampled in 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 files, see the figure...
