I have just got back to the office after a few lunchtime drinks with some colleagues. Nothing special in that you may think, but actually this was just the start of our celebrations.
My employer has just 'settled' a court case with Microsoft. The official line is 'no admission of wrongdoing' by either party. You read the reports and make your own mind up on that one.![]()

I was involved as one the developers of the disputed product and this has meant many hours of meetings with company lawyers as well as a 7 hour grilling by a MS lawyer during deposition. I am just glad it is all over.

Coming from an SVP user, sounds to me like MS need to think about replacing their legal team.

Hey the page loaded finally. Saw the info. You know I really dont complain about how GOOD MS products are since XP came out, but yeah I'll still never like them. It just feels like loving the mob.
