    Hello,

    Here's an interesting story:

    It says Netflix may soon allow downloads to tivos. Of course, subscriptions to both would be needed.

    that kind of sucks if they make you pay for the services for both the tivo and the netflixs (or in one big price mark up ) when still have to buy or rent to hardware... I dont like the idea so far...but we will see

    Just have TIVO connected to your computer and copy it to your HDD. A friend of mine tried it and it worked after he had to do a little configuring.
