hi, can someone please help me,
i borrowed 2 copied dvds from my friend recently, however when i try & back up the dvd (using DVD Shrink) onto my HD this message appears...
DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
No disc is in the drive
The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
the dvd works fine on my stand alone dvd player, however it wont play on my computer
i have tried other decrypters, but its still the same.
its as though there is no disc at all in the drive.
any ideas?

Why not just use Copy disc in Nero, etc or just drag the VIDEO_TS folder to your HDD?
Have you updated your firmware lately...especially if the disc is DL:

hmmmmm, borrowing and copying DVD's don't really fall within the Fair Use/Backup forum rules
