avi to mpeg2(dvd), audiosync problem - video framerate

I downloaded a video, and now I'm trying to burn it to DVD. But the problem is that the audio goes out of sync with the video. I think the problem is the video framerate which is 30.12fps of the avi file. Any solutions?

I've tried converting it with:
TMPGEnc, Nerovision, MainConcept
