    Some DVDs will play anywhere. Some won't? How can I make a DVD a mutiregion dvd? (I need it to play in North America and Europe)

    When you rip a DVD, you can set the ripper to make it multi-region, thats bit is easy.

    If you want to make a DVD that will play reliably in both Europe and US then you have to consider PAL and NTSC issues, thats a bit more complicated.
