Using a tool called EASY VCD (Not VCDEASY...someone moved my post because they thought I was using that) Guide is on this forum at the below address.
Files are ripping but then being deleted from my drive where I saved them.

Files deleted? You might wanna make sure the files are not hidden. Tools - folder options. Good luck.

There is a tickbox in EazyVCD that basically deletes the intermediate files created between ripping and encoding. If you are just ripping to the hard drive with it though, it won't delete any files. I think you probably need to make sure you know where you are setting your output directory to.
If in doubt, Google it.
