    Sounds like a dispute. If someone makes a claim of fraud against a seller, then all of that person's other transactions are held until it is resolved.

    I'm glad Paypal has that feature. I've had to use it many times when I received merchandise that wasn't as advertised. Paypal usually "convinces them" to resolve it in a timely manner by freezing their transactions. Very effective

    You should have received something from PayPal explaining what happened. There should have been no reason to ask what was happening. What does Paypal have to say about this?

    Yeah, I just got it yesterday. Something about possible "unauthorized funds."
