  1. I'm trying to convert a divx to a normal vcd (not svcd), and everything looks like its converting properly using TMPEG 2.01, but then when i check the mpg file afterwards
all the movie is there, but all the sound is put at the end of the film.

so it plays the movie without sound, then it plays all the audio without the movie
hehe, anyone know how to fix this?
    thx

  2. use virtualdub to open the divx file and save the audio as a .wav file. you may want to verify that the length of the audio is exactly the same as the length of the video. load up the video file in tmpgenc, except use the extracted .wav file as the source for audio. encode for a couple of mins. stop and verify that the aborted .mpg has both video and sound.
