    I've heard that it's possible to hack into dvd players and dvd-roms to make them play any region. I have an apex dvd player that was hacked for me, so I know it can be done. I was hoping someone here could explain to me how to get my computer's dvd-rom to play any region too! It's a Lite-On XJ-HD166S if that helps. I appreciate any help!!!

    You could try dvd genie. Barring that enter your player number into this list found on the left side of the screen <----.
