  1. I use DVD2SVCD to decode dvd and avi films to vcd/svcd! I fnd that DVD2SVCD is the best way for me to do it. BUT! Sometimes the editing goes wrong. DVD2SVCD cut the movie at 83 min. and that makes it difficult for me to burn it on a cd…. How do i get the program to cut the film before 80 min????
    Anyone??????????????????????????????????

  2. I try again! How do I get dvd2svcd to edit a movie so it becomes two files that are the same sice?
Or! How do I edit a file without help of dvd2svcd? It is no use to put “no editing” as a choice! The program edit the film as it always do! SO how do I get it to be two files with f. eks 45 minutes film, instead of one 83 minutes and one much smaller?
Someone should be able to have an answer????

I haven't used that program for a while, but about the only control you have of splitting the files between 2 CDs is the CD size. I usually set it at 800MB, but you can set it smaller. Not sure why having 2 different sizes of CD files would be a problem. If you are trying to equally split the SVCD size between two discs, I never was able to do that.

The program is set to max out the first CD and put the remainder on the second CD. If it wants to use 3 CDs, I usu sally set it for 2 max, and not worry about the decrease in quality.
