How is the quality.
Also, does this card work in Win ME or Win XP?

most probably the quality is the same like for other cards using conexant bt8x8 chipset. there are a lot of software for such cards, but the only thing you should worry about is latest drivers for your operating system.

I have one and it works very good. For some reason it works in WinME, but when I capture in WinME, it drops a lot of frames. If you want to capture with a Dynalink TV Tuner, I suggest you get Windows 2000 Server or Advanced Server. I haven't tried it on XP yet, but I hope it works coz I'm planning to get it soon.

Great. I'll try to set it up in ME, if that won't work I'll go with Win 2000 Pro. Later I plan to upgrade to XP, so I hope it works in XP too.
Thanks for the info.
